Seattle Strikes Again with Divine Thai Cuisine!
Must-Try Seafood Curry in Coconut 🥥 Checked out Nibbana Thai near Bellevue DT today, and it was fantastic! The servers are all Thai! Their hairstyles and colors remind me of Lisa, haha 😂 Queue ⌛️ No need to wait in line! Just sit right down! It’s a bit of a distance from Bellevue Square, so it’s not too crowded. Flavor 🍴 🥥 Kho Mok Talay - Seafood Curry in Coconut for $23.95 🔪 They served a whole coconut! Filled with large shrimp, squid, coconut meat, bell peppers, and topped with basil leaves. There’s also coconut meat on the “lid” that you can scoop out. The creamy red curry sauce is sweet and spicy but not overwhelming. It comes with rice, so no need to order separately. Perfect with rice! 🦐 Crispy Garlic Prawns for $19.95 🔪 Saw recommendations from other bloggers, but this one is passable, a bit of a letdown. The batter on the fried shrimp is thick, and the seasoning is just okay, tastes a bit like Korean hot sauce?? Also, I barely tasted any garlic. 🥭 Fresh Mango Sticky Rice for $11.95 🔪 The mango was super sweet and generously portioned! The sticky rice was soft and drenched in sweet, creamy coconut milk. Parking 🅿️ Super convenient, there’s a parking lot right next to it, and it’s free! 🆓 #Seattle #SeattleFood #SeattleThaiCuisine #Bellevue #SeattleFoodExploration #EastSeattleFood #EastSeattle #SeattleLunch #EastSeattleLife #Curry
