Seattle Thai Food - Roasted Duck Curry
🍜 Pad Thai 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 $16.95 My go-to dish at any Thai restaurant! The bean sprouts here are cooked (which I prefer), the beef chunks are generous, and it includes scrambled eggs. Huge portion—the leftovers made a full lunch the next day. Not overly sweet, so it doesn’t get cloying. 🍛 Roasted Duck Curry 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 $24.95 The duck is so tender, even the bones are crispy enough to bite into (except the drumstick). The skin is beautifully caramelized, and the curry is loaded with pineapple. The sauce is so delicious, it could make even broccoli taste amazing—and I finished mine, sauce and all! 🐷 KA-PAO-RAD-KAO 🌟🌟🌟🌟 $17.95 We tried the pork version—looks like stir-fried pork but isn’t spicy. It has a subtle herbal aroma from the basil. The flavor is milder compared to the other two dishes. 🥭 Mango Sticky Rice 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 $11.25 It’s mango season—how could we skip this? The mango was incredibly sweet, served with sticky rice and coconut cream. If I hadn’t been so full, I would’ve tried the mango black rice pudding too. Overall, this restaurant offers generous portions, a diverse menu, and delicious flavors. We also enjoyed the Crying Tiger appetizer! 🏠 Noodle Boat Thai Cuisine 📍 700 NW Gilman Blvd E104, Issaquah, WA 98027 #SeattleThaiFood #SeattleLife #SeattleFood #SeattleWeekend #SeattleEats #SeattleGuide #Seattle #FoodReview #FoodDiary #RestaurantShare #Weekend
