Seattle Weekend | This must be a fairyland ๐
I could spend the whole afternoon napping here ๐ ๐ Twin Falls in Washington State The whole trail is 2.4 miles long; you can turn back after reaching the upper fall. We arrived around 11 am, and there were still some parking spots available, but you need a Discover Pass. If you donโt have a Pass, you can park a bit further away. In the spring, with ample rainfall, itโs perfect for hiking to enjoy the waterfalls. Nearby is Franklin Falls; if youโre quick, you can visit both spots in one day โ๏ธ My favorite part of this trail is actually not the waterfall, but the streams along the way and the peculiar-shaped trees. There are many shallow pools where we played by the stream with the kids for a long time. The water is crystal clear, sparkling like emeralds under the sunlight. The environment is serene. The weather that day was also fantastic, warm and sunny with a gentle breeze, very comfortable. It must be great in the summer too. I canโt wait to come back with a chair for a picnic, nap under the sun, and let the kids play in the stream and catch little fish. Iโm already daydreaming about spending a summer day here ๐ If youโre quick, you can finish this trail in 2 hours. Personally, when I hike, I donโt like to rush to the end. The scenery along the way is also beautiful. I like to stop and go, staying a bit longer in places I enjoy. Listening to the sound of the breeze through the trees, the pleasant chirping of birds, and the gurgling of the stream, I empty my mind and meditate. No rush, take it slow. The waterfall is not the end of this hike. #Hiking #Nature #SeattleWeekend #SeattleHiking
