Sedona Hiking Guide: Recharge in Nature’s Playground 🏜️🥾
📍 Subway Cave 🅿️ Park at Boynton Canyon Trailhead After 2 miles, look for a large Alligator Juniper tree on the left → take the right fork → another 0.9 miles to the cave base 🧗 The final climb is challenging! Two routes: Solid line: Too difficult for beginners Dotted line: Manageable for non-extreme acrophobics ⏱️ Total time: ~2.5 hrs (including rest & photos) 📍 Soldier Pass Trail 🚌 Shuttle 14 (every 50 mins) Hike 2 miles to Devil’s Kitchen → another 0.5 miles to Seven Sacred Pools (we skipped Soldier Pass Cave) ⏱️ Round trip to pools: ~30 mins if brisk walk 📍 Cathedral Rock Trail 🚌 Shuttle 15 (every 15 mins) 🧗 1.4 miles round trip with steep climbs—fun but challenging! Hardest section: Narrow & steep (requires scrambling). Many turn back here—grippy shoes essential! 🏔️ Summit views are worth it! “End of trail” sign marks where you can explore further left/right. 🚶 Longer route recommended by shuttle driver: Cathedral Rock + Easy Breezy + Templeton loop ⏱️ Round trip: ~1.25 hrs 💚 Crescent Moon Ranch: Perfect for panoramic Cathedral Rock photos ($12 entry). Left side: Water reflections (wind ruined ours 😢) Right side: Lawn near parking—ideal for sunset shots 📍 Devil’s Bridge Trail 🚌 Shuttle 11 (every 30 mins) Start from Mescal or Dry Creek Vista Trailhead (both easy) → merge at Devil’s Bridge Trailhead (4x4-only access with limited parking) → final 1-mile climb to the bridge ⏱️ Round trip: ~2.5 hrs (took us 3 hrs due to snow ❄️) 📸 Go early! Long queues for bridge photos #Sedona #Hiking #Arizona #TravelUSA #NatureLovers #RedRocks #Adventure 🌵📸✨
