Seoul Prime Korean BBQ in DMV 🥩✨

This restaurant is called Seoul Prime, located in Falls Church, VA. The ambiance is lovely and perfect for a date night! 💑❤️ For starters, we ordered beef tartare and uni rice. My boyfriend absolutely loved the beef tartare—it was fresh, tender, and subtly sweet. The uni rice is a must-try! 🍚 After mixing it well, every grain of rice was infused with the delicious flavor of fish roe and sea urchin—so rich and not fishy at all! A little tip: If you’re planning to have BBQ, maybe go easy on the uni rice so you still have room for the meat (speaking from experience 😆). There are three BBQ set options on the menu 🥩. We went for the mid-tier Prime Steak Tour, priced at $75 per person. It included dry-aged ribeye, ribeye cap, beef short rib, and marinated galbi. Each cut was beautifully marbled, juicy, and full of flavor—so satisfying! 🔥 Our Korean server was fantastic at grilling! 🧑🍳 She asked how we liked our steak cooked and handled everything from start to finish. We didn’t have to lift a finger—such a smooth and enjoyable experience! 💯 The BBQ set comes with a side dish—we chose garlic lemon asparagus 🍋 and Korean steamed egg. The asparagus was tender and refreshing, a great balance to the rich meat! The steamed egg was a bit on the saltier side for my taste, but still decent. For drinks, we ordered a cocktail and beer 🍻. They have a nice selection of soju cocktails.
