Visited Service Bar again today and was served by an Asian female bartender—super cool and skilled! 🍸✨ However, the first drink, a Negroni, felt stronger than the one mixed by the bearded bartender last time. 😅 Have you noticed differences in the same cocktail made by different bartenders? Which style do you prefer—strong and bold or smooth and balanced? Noticed they’ve launched a new menu themed around animals! 🐧 The guy next to me shared a sip of African Penguin—full of fruity notes with a hint of honey-like sweetness, refreshing and not overwhelming. Ended up ordering the Ramos Gin Fizz—a classic! The bartender spent about 10 minutes crafting it with care. The top layer was a light, fluffy hand-shaken foam, while the bottom had a subtle milky hue. Slightly tangy and very refreshing, with a creamy richness from the milk. Perfect for slow sipping!
