Today’s review is a Bar & Grill right off the highway exit. This type of restaurant is a classic American diner—the food is pretty standard across the board, but what really stands out are the drinks 🍹. It’s where locals gather for a few beers, watch football on TV 🏈, chat loudly, and casually grab dinner between sips and shouts. That’s why from now on, I’ll pick spots that feel special or representative in some way. ✍️ The Brisket Loaded Fries were the star of the show 🌟! Even though it’s listed as an appetizer (seriously, this portion as a starter?!). For mains, we got the BBQ platter and half a roasted chicken—but honestly, after those incredible fries, the rest felt just okay. The brisket in the platter wasn’t even as good as the one on the fries. Service was friendly and upbeat!
