Stopped by Oakcrest Tavern – a cozy, no-frills neighborhood gem! 🏚️🍷 The vibe here is super local – an old man walked in, and the staff poured him a glass of red wine without even asking, then brought him an off-menu snack. He just sat at the bar reading a newspaper 📰✨ – such a warm, familiar atmosphere. Since it was our first time, we stuck to the menu: 🐟 Fried Fish – crispy outside, but needed tartar sauce + extra salt & pepper for flavor 🧅 Onion Rings – crunchy and satisfying! 🥪 Two Sandwiches – simple, classic, well-made Everything was fried perfectly – no complaints there – though some dishes could’ve used more seasoning.
