🍜 So… What to Eat Tomorrow? | Madison Tibetan Food
Tried Tibet Kitchen – a relatively new but already beloved spot in Madison! I’ve been here multiple times – it’s that good 🏔️❤️ 🛒 It’s right next to Woodman’s – where you can grab delicious glass-bottle milk (with a $2 bottle deposit ♻️), and cheap gas ⛽️ So our routine became: return bottles → buy milk → maybe get gas → then enjoy a meal at Tibet Kitchen. Perfect combo! The flavors here are authentic and really close to what you’d find in China – no overly Americanized twists 🥢 Highlights: 🌶️ Yellow Liangpi (cold skin noodles) – only available on weekends! Way better than the white version. 🐑 Stir-Fried Lamb – deeply seasoned, tender, a regular order for me 🍜 Tibetan Noodles & Momos (dumplings) – traditional and full of flavor 📖 Pro tip: Some dish names are direct translations from Tibetan – just pick based on the protein you like! Every time I eat here, it brings back memories of my travels through Northwest China… 🐫🌄 📍 Tibet Kitchen A genuine taste of the Himalayas right in Madison – warm, humble, and deeply flavorful. #Madison #TibetanFood #AsianCuisine #ComfortFood #FoodMemories #AuthenticEats
