Special taste in LA--Voodoo Vin
🩵Dolmeh felfel This is a stuffed bell pepper rice dish with lamb inside. The rice is smoked with spices, giving it a very unique flavor, reminiscent of Middle Eastern pilaf! 🩵Kuku sabzi It looks like a cake, with a strong flavor of frittata, a herb cake with sour cream. It's not the type of dish I usually like, but for some reason, I found myself eating several mouthfuls. 🩵Nazkhatoun A combination of eggplant 🍆 and pomegranate with cheese, spread on a somewhat hard bread. The staff said it's eaten like a taco. At first, the bread was too hard for me to bite, so they replaced it with another dish. The taste is very special, and it's also delicious, so I finished it all. 🩵Khoresht-e-Gheymeh A corn curry lamb dish, which is relatively ordinary compared to the other dishes. It comes with a portion of fragrant rice with a crispy bottom, which is good to mix and eat. The spice flavor is not prominent. The portion size here is not large, but we ate it all. It's quite interesting to try this type of cuisine! 🚩Voodoo vin 713 N Virgil AveLos Angeles, CA 90029United States #Voodoo vin#Los Angeles#Los Angeles food
