Spruce Farm & Fish: A Quiet Dinner by Pearl Street

🌈Located in the historic Hotel Boulderado, an iconic building, this restaurant offers a compelling reason to visit on its own. 🥩The food is excellent, and the service is equally noteworthy. It was a delightful evening, and I highly recommend this restaurant. 🌈On Saturday evening, we walked through the corridors of Hotel Boulderado. Under the painted glass dome, the sound of a piano drifted through the air, and waiters in white gloves pulled out high-backed chairs for us. 🥩 The corner booth offered a perfect view of Pearl Street at night. I loved the decor and the menu! Most importantly, the waitstaff made the entire experience enjoyable. Everything was reasonably high quality. I can't say enough good things about this place.
