Strawberry Picking & Veggie Harvesting Farm Is Here! Perfect for Kids!

Took the kids to Underwood Family Farms this Sunday! 🌞 Originally we were headed to a nearby blueberry farm, but they closed at 2 PM on Sundays—we showed up just as they were closing! 😅 Disappointed, we quickly found this farm nearby—and it turned out to be a great alternative! 🎟️ Admission: Weekends: $12 per person. Lots of little activities inside—there are plenty of small animals, and you can even pet them! But you’ll need extra tickets for some activities: $1 per ticket. Go early to make the most of your time! We arrived just before 3 PM and stayed over two hours. The kids loved the sand play area—we ended up buying 11 tickets! 😂 🌱 Farm Experience: The farm is huge, growing all kinds of fruits and vegetables. Great for both kids and adults to learn about farming hands-on! We went strawberry picking—$3.50 per pound. Since we paid admission, we snacked as we picked—so tasty! 🍓 We picked 5 boxes—about 7 pounds total. The strawberries were delicious—way better than supermarket ones! It was our first time strawberry picking in the US—such a fun experience! 💡 Tips: Come early to get your money’s worth! There’s also a farm stand at the entrance. If you don’t want to pick yourself, you can buy fresh produce there—no ticket needed!
