Stumbled Upon a Hidden Gem: Cerritos Sculpture Garden 🌿

Last weekend, while wandering around Cerritos, I accidentally discovered a delicate and peaceful little garden—the Cerritos Sculpture Garden. Though it’s not very large, every detail reflects thoughtful design. ✨ This garden was designed by LRM Landscape Architecture as a tribute to veterans. The paving and material choices create a solemn yet calming atmosphere. My favorite part was a mini maze-like area planted with Festuca glauca (blue fescue). The silvery-blue tones looked especially soft and textured under the sunlight. 🌱💙 There was also a section of neatly trimmed tall shrubs that formed a walk-in “room”—like a secret hideaway nestled in nature. It felt so playful and mysterious! Have you visited any hidden gardens or peaceful spots lately? Share your recommendations below—I’d love to explore more! 💬👣 #UrbanOasis #WeekendVibes #ParkLife #NatureWalk #SpringInLA #ExploreCerritos #LandscapeDesign #PlantLovers #LAParks #HiddenGems
