Stylish Roman Cuisine in Sydney | Cicerone
Cicerone, which means "city guide" in old Italian, was opened in 2021 by Roman chef Stefano De Caro and his partner. Here, you can savor nostalgic Roman dishes that have accompanied De Caro throughout his life. ✨ Antipasti (Appetizers) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Suppli (Roman Arancini): Mushroom, truffle, mozzarella, parmesan. This Italian rice ball is the most amazing one I’ve ever had! 😍🍄 🌟🌟🌟 Trippa alla Roman: Slow-braised beef tripe, tomato, mint, pecorino. This Roman tripe dish is a bit less impressive compared to Palazzo Salato. Pasta Fresca (Fresh Pasta) 🌟🌟🌟 Rigatoni Burro & Alici: Prawn bisque, anchovy butter, scallop tartare. The anchovy rigatoni is quite good, and I enjoyed the scallop tartare! 🍝🍤 Pizza Romana (Roman Pizza) 🌟🌟 Diavola: Spicy salami, tomato, mozzarella. The salami pizza is a bit ordinary. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Special Truffle Pizza: This limited edition truffle pizza is delicious! 🍕🍄 Dolce (Desserts) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tiramisu: Amaretto, chocolate, salted caramel. Their tiramisu is unbeatable! I consider it the number one in Sydney! 🍰💖 🌟🌟🌟 Crema Catalana: Burnt citrus cream brulee, pistachio crumb. This pistachio crème brûlée is also very good! 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Pistachio Sorbet: Maple, vanilla-infused EVO. I highly recommend the pistachio sorbet! 🍧🌰 Summary: The overall atmosphere is great, and the service is decent. I personally think the desserts outshine the main dishes! #ItalianCuisine #HiddenGemRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendation #SydneyLife #SydneyFoodExploration #SydneyEats
