Just discovered a new favorite spot in Tustin β Curry Do πβ¨, a Japanese curry shop that totally won me over! Though small, itβs clean, cozy, and super relaxing~ π¦ Shrimp Tempura Udon Rich, savory broth paired with smooth noodles, topped with tempura crumbs, green onions, and a tempura shrimp β so fresh and satisfying! π Lemon Cold Udon Set Icy cold udon noodles that are smooth and chewy, with a hint of tartness from lemon slices. The nori and green onions add the perfect touch. We also added a small side of crispy fried pork cutlet β so crunchy! π₯ Stone-Grilled Curry Served in a hot stone bowl to keep it warm, topped with melted cheese and curry sauce. The slight acidity from tomatoes balances the rich curry, and the fried pork cutlet makes it extra delicious~ π Takoyaki Crispy outside, soft inside, with chewy octopus bits. Topped with sauce, mayo, bonito flakes, and green onions β so tasty! π‘ Fried Tofu Crispy outside, tender inside, served with soy-based broth and bonito flakes.
