Sushi Koji – A Cozy Gem for Fresh Sushi in the DMV! 🍣✨
This was my second time visiting Sushi Koji! The restaurant is small and cozy, so it’s best to avoid peak dining hours. 🕒 🌱 Katsu Don – So tasty! 😋 🌱 Chirashi Bowl – I ordered this again because the fish was incredibly fresh last time! This version costs $38 and comes with thick, generous slices of sashimi—so much that I couldn’t finish it alone! 🍱 By the way, does anyone know why some places mix the fish and rice together in chirashi, while others (like here) serve them separately? 🤔 🌱 Seafood Ramen – Comes with soft-shell crab and shrimp 🦀🍤. They say their noodles are homemade, but my friend couldn’t really tell the difference 😅. 🌱 Grilled Cod – Delicate and flavorful! 👍 🌱 Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) – Surprisingly amazing! The coating was thin and super crispy, while the meat stayed juicy and tender inside. 🍗💥 📍 Sushi Koji 262 Cedar Lane, Vienna, VA 22180 Have you been here? What’s your go-to dish at Sushi Koji?
