Let’s be real: Madison isn’t exactly a hub for great Japanese food 😅… But while visiting Middleton, we stumbled upon this spot and decided to give it a try! From the decor to the owner at the front desk—everything gave off major “Chinese-run sushi place” vibes 😂 💰 $32 for AYCE, with a few premium items and drinks costing extra. The sushi was pretty decent — better than Sushi Express, and on par with Yume 🍙! Their teriyaki meats were delicious too 🍖👌… But be warned: the sashimi is a bit of a 🗡️ sneaky upsell — each piece comes with an extra service charge!
