Sushi Rev stood out with its black truffle-infused dishes — a tasty twist! 🍄 The fish was super fresh and high-quality 🐟💯, but the rice was a letdown — machine-made, too hard, fell apart easily, and lacked sushi vinegar 😕. Waka Sakura won me over with their Tuna Lover set — great value! 🍘 Both spots have decent options (though not huge menus). The wait was shorter here — only about 30 minutes — and you can browse the Japanese market next door while you wait 🛍️. 🤔 I still have a soft spot for Kura's beef bowl and their cute little prizes 🎁, but the fish quality just isn’t it.
