Tai Er's New Menu is Insanely Good – Straight 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As a long‑time fan of Tai Er, I've eaten here over 10+ times since they opened in Auckland City. This time, I was lucky enough to be selected as one of the first tasters for their new dishes — and I was beyond excited! And wow — all three new items were unbelievably delicious!! 🥣 1. Honghu Lotus Root & Pork Rib Soup This soup moved me to silence. The lotus root was soft and glutinous, the ribs fell right off the bone, and the broth was rich yet delicately sweet. One sip and my stomach — and my heart — felt warm. I swear this is going to become Tai Er’s future signature dish! 🧊 2. Iced Sweet & Sour Crispy Chicken One bite and I was hooked! Chilled, tangy‑sweet, crispy outside and tender inside. The added fruit made it even better — a dish kids would love too. Perfect for cooling down in summer — pure soul refreshment! 🦐 3. Springy Spicy Prawns True to its name — springy! Spicy, aromatic, with super‑QQ prawn meat — so addictive you can’t stop. One bite and you’ll literally go, “Wow, so bouncy!” 🥢 Classics I Always Order (Still Rock‑Solid) 🐟 Signature Pickled Fish Soup A must‑order every time. Sour, fragrant, tender fish slices (almost unreal how silky they are!), and the pickled veggies are even better than the fish. I finish every last drop of the broth. 🐖 Stir‑Fried Pork with Chillies The ultimate rice killer! I always end up eating an extra half‑bowl of rice because of it. Wok‑hei perfection, perfect fat‑to‑lean ratio. 🥩 Spicy Stir‑Fried Beef Fragrant, tender, and so rice‑friendly. That fresh spicy kick always hits the spot. 🐔 Stir‑Fried Chicken with Chillies Fiery, addictive, and crazy good with rice — rivals any Hunan restaurant out there. As a true Tai Er fan who’s been here since day one, this new menu genuinely impressed me: All three new dishes are winners — no weak links! Dear Tai Er team, please launch these soon so loyal fans like me can keep coming back for more! 🙌 #NewZealand #Auckland #TaiEr #PickledFish #SichuanFood #AucklandEats #ChineseFood #MustTry #FoodReview #AucklandLife
