🍽️ Restaurant: Pho Quyen 📍 Address: 2740 E Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL 33612 Located near USF in a convenient plaza with easy parking 🚗💨, this Vietnamese spot shares a strip with a Chinese noodle shop and a bakery. If you’re craving boba, you can easily grab one from next door’s “Yuan Tea” 🧋. The interior is nothing fancy—typical casual vibe. We usually only come here when we’re really craving pho and don’t want to drive all the way to Saigon Deli 🍜😅 💵 Price: Around $30+ per person 🫔 Summer Roll: Not recommended ❌ Average price, small portion, pretty forgettable. Just… meh. 🍜 Beef Combination Noodle Soup: Also not recommended ❌ The broth wasn’t rich enough, and the portion of noodles was pretty small. At Saigon Deli, the beef is often added raw right before serving—so it stays tender and soft.
