Spent 4 days exploring Tassie β hereβs a roundup of the most photogenic and fun spots in Hobart! 1οΈβ£ Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens π³πΏ Home to a gorgeous variety of towering trees and unique plants. Perfect sunlight makes it ideal for a lazy picnic π§Ί. 2οΈβ£ Richmond Town ποΈ This historic town features an old stone bridge and a classic Catholic church. Ducks paddle around the bridge β super cute and photogenic! The lavender here is famous β plenty of shops selling local products. Tried the scallop pie, but personally loved the lavender ice cream more π¦π. 3οΈβ£ Salamanca Market ποΈ Open every Saturday! Loved the lively vibe β fresh oysters straight from the factory π¦ͺ, salmon cream pies, grilled skewers, fresh OJβ¦ Also picked up some beautiful earrings and a little ring π β perfect souvenirs! 4οΈβ£ Cascade Brewery π» Mostly a quick photo stop on the way to Mount Wellington. Great historic building β worth a snap! πΈ 5οΈβ£ Mount Wellington β°οΈ Breathtaking panoramic views over Hobart! β οΈ Super windy β wear warm layers! We even experienced hailstones up there π₯Άβ¦ Cold but thrilling for us Southerners! 6οΈβ£ Hobart CBD π Perfect for a daytime city walk πΆββοΈβ parks with live music, lovely streetscapes.
