Booked last minute β most drivers were full (book early!!) Super reassuring for female travellers β patient and great to chat with! β‘ Port Arthur was cinematic and photogenic π¬ Even on a cloudy day, the views were stunning The βBig 4β natural wonders are worth the trip! π€οΈ Day 2: Bruny Island π Transport: Tour group β Rating: β β Not a great experience: early start + guide was late + rushed all day + no time to eat properly π΅ β‘ Oyster/Honey/Cheese spots felt like small family workshops β nothing special π¦ͺ Get raw oysters β cooked ones werenβt great β’ The Neck Lookout was nice (hence the one star) β but lighthouse tour was cancelled π« π Overall: Bruny Island didnβt impress β many prettier places in Aus! βοΈ Day 3: Richmond β Mount Wellington π Transport: Uber β Rating: ββββ β Richmond was peaceful and sweet π― Tried the famous honey cake (a bit sweet but yummy!) Perfect for a slow sunny stroll βοΈ β‘ Mount Wellington is a must! Epic views over Hobart β day or night π β οΈ Go early β Ubers are scarce later! βοΈ Day 4: Salamanca Market β Battery Point β Mona Museum π Transport: Walk + Uber β Rating: βββββ β Salamanca Market (Saturday only!) β big, lively, full of local crafts & food π§Ίπ₯ β‘ Battery Point β feels like a European village π‘ Great for photos and slow walks β’ Mona Museum (FriβMon, 10amβ5pm | $38 AUD β book ahead!)
