Tempura Endo LA 5/10🌟

I've been to Ichika in Hawaii—it was delicious! The owner there recommended Endo in LA because he used to work there. Since I was in the area today, I decided to stop by for dinner. Endo is said to be part of a chain from Japan, so my expectations were pretty high. But honestly, this was one of the least impressive tempura omakase experiences I’ve had. Apart from the tempura, all the side dishes seemed pre-made—you could tell they weren’t fresh, and the flavor just wasn’t there. The tempura batter was a bit too thick and hard.
