Texas | Korean Restaurant That Was Hard to Find Without Knowing Korean

By chance, I found this Korean restaurant with a friend. The sign at the entrance is in Korean, the staff are all Korean, and many customers are also Korean. It should be considered a more authentic restaurant. Here, I was really satisfied with all the Korean cuisine I wanted to eat, but the service here is not that good. They said they would refill my water, but in the end, I had to pour it myself. 1️⃣ Live Octopus: It was still moving vigorously when it was served. The texture is really crispy! The freshness of the octopus is also super delicious. 2️⃣ Sauced Crab: I've always wanted to try sauced crab, but I couldn't find a place in North Carolina. The crab is fresh, but the taste of the sauced crab with alcohol still makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. 3️⃣ The short ribs are really delicious. They are grilled very fragrant, and I wanted to eat more after having one 😋 4️⃣ Rice sausage is also good, it is recommended to order. 5️⃣ The cold noodles are some of the best I've had in the United States! They also provide scissors for you to cut the noodles. The soup is sour and sweet, and it's very satisfying to drink. 6️⃣ I think the mixed rice is average, not as recommended as the previous ones. The menu is very long, with many seafood specialties. I've seen many Koreans order a huge bowl of sashimi on ice. The side dishes are given in large quantities, and they will refill a full portion after you finish. The kimchi is particularly sweet; I like their sauced crab, potato/vegetable pork bone soup, seafood tofu soup, and seafood pancakes the most. The army pot, grilled pork belly, and blood sausage platter are also quite delicious. #Texas #Houston #HoustonFood #KoreanCuisine #HoustonLife
