The Best Brunch Spot in Rome

This is a super popular Brunch spot on Instagram. - Weekdays: 10-30 minute wait - Weekends: 30+ minute wait I’ve been there twice. First Visit Orders: - Almond Croissant: Baked fresh in the morning—they usually sell out before noon! If you see it, order one immediately. It’s extremely crispy, with a rich nutty aroma 🥐. - Pancakes: They’re fluffy overall, but I love biting into fruit in every mouthful. So I recommend ordering an extra side of fruit 🥞. - Hummus Avocado Toast: Layered with hummus (base), chickpeas, and avocado, topped with what I think is paprika (no spiciness). It’s light and refreshing—I love adding an extra side of scrambled eggs to pair with it 🥪. - Homemade Hashbrown: Crispy with little granular texture (though I still prefer McDonald’s hashbrowns 🥔). Second Visit Orders: - English Breakfast: A classic, but it’s ordinary—don’t recommend. - The table next to us ordered the Salmon Avocado Toast; it looked much more appetizing and visually appealing 🥓. - Yogurt with Granola: Also ordinary—no need to order. It’s not even as good as the one I make at home! The granola is indeed fragrant, but it’s still not worth it 🥣. I loved the hummus toast so much on my first visit that I ordered it again the second time. But you can clearly tell from the photo that the portion of hummus was less than the first time, making it a bit dry. Overall, it’s recommended, but in my opinion, there’s an issue with consistent food quality! You can treat it as a cute spot to meet up with girlfriends on weekends, but don’t set your expectations too high. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating: - Indoor seating is small and crowded. - Outdoor seating has no heating, but there are plastic curtains to block the wind. They don’t serve French Toast, and there are relatively few sweet options. You can choose small cakes at the indoor bar—there are plenty of pound cake varieties available. 💰 Average Price: €20-30 per person (I usually order 2 savory dishes, 1 sweet dish, and 2 drinks.)
