The ice cream store in Pike Place Seattle--HELLENIKA
📍 Pike Place Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕 ———————————————————— 🌕 A newly opened Greek-style frozen yogurt gelato shop (founded by a former co-founder of Elleno Yogurt)! It features "Cultured Gelato"—yogurt-style Italian gelato with an exceptionally smooth and refreshing texture~ 🌕 There is a wide variety of flavors to choose from, and samples are available. I ended up choosing lemon curd and lavender, both of which were absolutely amazing 😍! It was the kind of taste where one sample instantly convinced me to buy it 🤣~ The texture is delicate and silky, perfectly balanced in sweetness and acidity, and not at all heavy. The small cup allows you to choose two flavors, offering great flexibility—highly recommended! Ambiance & Experience: The shop is cozy yet bright and fresh, with a blue-and-white color scheme that reflects the Greek theme—perfect for photos 📸. The staff are friendly and proactive in recommending popular flavors, along with detailed explanations. Other Recommended Flavors: Classic Greek Honey Walnut: Rich and aromatic with a satisfying nutty texture Wild Berry Sorbet: Natural and refreshing fruit flavor, great for those who enjoy tangy notes Tips: It melts slightly faster than traditional gelato, so enjoy it promptly Toppings like fresh fruit or crushed nuts can be added Prices are on the higher side (small cup around $6–8), but the ingredient quality justifies it It can get busy on weekend afternoons—try visiting during off-peak hours In a Nutshell: If you love ice cream that’s refreshing and not too rich, this is an absolute must-try at Pike Place! 🍦✨ #Seattle#Seattlelife#Seattletravel#icecream#Seattleweekend#HELLENIKA
