The Most Beautiful Beach in Los Cabos 🩵 Swim until the sea turns blue

I’ve seen many seas, but Playa Balandra is particularly unique. An entire bay encircles a shallow beach. The sand under your feet is fine, and the sea is so blue and clear, like silk. Occasionally, you can see groups of little fish. Locals say you might even encounter stingrays. 🐟🌊 At high tide, the water is only about a meter deep, and the waves aren’t too big when it’s windy. You can walk along the beach or directly through the water to the end of the bay. There’s a wind-eroded rock called Mushroom Rock. Beyond that, it’s the vast blue sea. 🌅 It’s not really a Cabo attraction, but unfortunately, the Cabo coastline isn’t very suitable for swimming, so you have to go a bit further. But it’s truly beautiful. I wish I could capture every corner and every wave. 📸 🚗 It’s a half-hour drive from La Paz and two and a half hours from Los Cabos. The park is free, but it’s divided into two sessions with a limit of 400 people each: 8:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00. They clear the area at the end of each session. There are only portable toilets on the beach, and no food is sold, so you need to bring your own. 🍽️ There are about a dozen fixed umbrellas on the beach, but it’s first come, first served. ☀️ 🏄‍♀️ Hiking: Mirador de Balandra It’s a short hike to the top, where the entire bay’s scenery is laid out before your eyes. You can also kayak and paddleboard. There are other trails leading to the southern peak, which is a bit far, so it’s best to book a tour. 🚣‍♀️ 🏖️ Actually, the whole way is lined with such bays. If you don’t get into Balandra, you can visit other beaches.
