The Perfect End to Our Trip
馃崺On our last day in San Juan, we stumbled upon this breakfast spot called Latte Factory. We originally just wanted a quick bite to fill our stomachs, but it turned out to be one of the best surprises of our trip! 馃As soon as we stepped inside, we were drawn in by the relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The decor is minimalist industrial style, yet it doesn鈥檛 feel cold at all. 馃クI ordered their signature pumpkin pancakes and French toast, while my friend went for the American breakfast set. The pancakes were incredibly fluffy, with a natural sweetness from the pumpkin, and they paired perfectly with the maple syrup. 馃 The French toast was crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a golden-brown surface that was full of eggy fragrance with every bite. 馃A special mention goes to their Nutella latte鈥攖he coffee was topped with a thick layer of hazelnut chocolate spread, and every sip after mixing it felt like pure bliss.
