The Ultimate Burrata Salad in Sitges at Bar Tomeu
After watching the sunset, we used Google Maps to pick a highly recommended restaurant 👍 With a Google rating of 4.6 🍴, its quality speaks for itself. In addition to classic Tapas, they also serve western staples like steak burgers. The dishes may be classic, but the chef here adds their own little twists 💡 The restaurant was fully booked, so we sat at a small table outside. It was really comfortable when the temperature was pleasant, and we saw so many cute dogs passing by 🐶 Recommended Dishes: ⭐️⭐️⭐️👍 Burrata Salad: The most surprising dish! The combination of burrata and pesto is indescribably delicious, and the addition of beef tomatoes makes it refreshing and appetizing 🤤 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grilled Octopus: A classic tapas with a little twist. The potato puree isn’t completely mashed, and there are little yellow beads that I’m not sure are fish roe or oil droplets, which enrich the texture. The spicy mayonnaise on the octopus tentacles is also a great match! But if you’ve already had your fill of octopus in Spain, you don’t need to try it especially~ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Argentinian-style Skirt Steak: Beef skirt isn’t necessarily a standout cut, but they cook it to perfection here, tender and impossible to fault. I’m not sure what “Argentinian style” means, but it’s delicious anyway 🙂 ⭐️⭐️ Catalan Coca Bread: It’s like tomato bread. The bread here has a texture that’s in between crispy and soft. Personally, I prefer crispy, so this dish is just average to me, but if you’re looking for some carbs, it’s a safe choice! #AutumnTravelNotes #AutumnHiddenInATown #Barcelona #TreasureRestaurantShare #Spain #SitgesRestaurantRecommendation
