The Ultimate Korean BBQ in Rowland Heights|Yangmani is SO GOOD! 🥩🔥
(I seriously love meat so much 😍) Today I had a sudden craving for Korean BBQ, so I headed straight to Yangmani Korean BBQ in Rowland Heights. I come here often because the meat quality is always on point, and the staff grill everything for you—so you can just sit back, relax, and chat! 🍖✨ This time we ordered the Chef’s Cut Combo (enough for 3 people): • Marinated whole-cut beef short ribs • Premium ribeye cap • Juicy beef skirt meat (hangari) • Dry-aged ribeye • Garlic butter dipping sauce beef ribs Every cut was thick, beautifully marbled, and grilled to perfection—the aroma was incredible! 🥩💨 The dry-aged ribeye had a rich, beefy flavor with great chew, while the skirt meat was springy and juicy. The marinated short ribs had a totally different, savory-sweet profile—so much depth of flavor! The side dishes were also thoughtful: unlimited quail eggs, fish tofu, cucumber, and more. The combo also came with cheesy corn, steamed egg, and salad—no need to order extras, it was already a feast! 🥬🌽 Besides the meat, we also got the seafood scallion pancake—loaded with shrimp and squid, crispy outside and tender inside. We also tried the grilled beef intestine fried rice—spicy, tangy, and unique. The portion was huge; even three of us couldn’t finish it! Finally, we DIY’d the viral dessert S’mores—toasted marshmallows sandwiched between crackers with chocolate… sweet, fun, and the perfect ending! 🍫🔥 Have you been to Yangmani?
