This is the best hotel team Iโve encountered in years โ from the front desk, guest services, valet, and housekeeping, to the bartenders and room serviceโฆ ZERO complaints! ๐๐ซ A special shout-out to Armani at the front desk! ๐๐โโ๏ธ She embodies heart-centered service! As first-time visitors to Houston, we called to decide which Marriott property to book โ and Armani was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and so warm. After speaking with her, I knew we wouldnโt regret choosing The Westin!
