This 30-Foot Outdoor Screen In NYC Is Hosting Free Summer Watch Parties For The Season’s Biggest Sports Events

When we say we want a big TV to watch a sports game, we mean *biiiig,* and Hudson Yards understood the assignment. This summer, Hudson Yards is hosting free watch parties for the most popular sporting events of the season, and they’re doing so on a massive 30-foot big screen! The best part: the screen is outdoors, meaning al fresco watch parties and no being stuffed like sardines in a hot, smelly sports bar on a gorgeous summer day. As a part of their Backyard outdoor programming presented by Wells Fargo, these special viewings will take place throughout the summer season and into October on the Public Square & Gardens–beneath the Vessel–which overlooks the Hudson River. New Yorkers can catch screenings of a variety of highly-anticipated sports events, including but not limited to baseball, basketball, F1 racing, football, golf, hockey, soccer, and tennis. Wells Fargo customers will receive preferred, priority seating for all big screen events, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional seating will be open to the public, also on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to get there earlier than later if you’re itching for a front row seat!
