This Bowl of Sichuan-Style Beef Noodles in Cincinnati! 🍜
We were craving Sichuan-style beef noodles so badly that my husband and I decided to drive to Cincinnati the very next day just to try them at Sichuan Palace! Though we didn’t see “Sichuan Beef Noodles” listed on the menu, we asked directly — and the owner kindly confirmed they serve it, even giving us a friendly heads-up that the noodles are a bit spicy 🌶️. Nice touch! 🍜 Sichuan-Style Beef Brisket Noodles The beef was tender, fall-apart soft, and so easy to enjoy. The broth was perfectly balanced — rich meatiness blended beautifully with aromatic chili notes. Well worth the special trip! And the portion? Huge! A $15 bowl easily serves 3–4 people. We couldn’t even finish half between the two of us! 🍲 Mao Xue Wang (Without Duck Blood) The moment it arrived, the fragrant red oil had us excited 😊! Generous portions of pork intestine and luncheon meat, and the glass noodles soaked in that spicy broth were a perfect match. The only letdown — no duck blood. But we get it — probably hard to source in the U.S. 🦆😢 Overall, the flavors felt authentic and satisfying — highly recommended! 👍👍👍 📍 Sichuan Palace 343 Calhoun St, Cincinnati, OH 45219 #NoodleHeaven #BeefBrisketNoodles #SichuanFood #ChineseComfort #ShareTheBowl #CincyEats #SpicyLovers #AuthenticFlavors
