This Bowl of Sichuan-Style Beef Noodles in Cincinnati! π
We were craving Sichuan-style beef noodles so badly that my husband and I decided to drive to Cincinnati the very next day just to try them at Sichuan Palace! Though we didnβt see βSichuan Beef Noodlesβ listed on the menu, we asked directly β and the owner kindly confirmed they serve it, even giving us a friendly heads-up that the noodles are a bit spicy πΆοΈ. Nice touch! π Sichuan-Style Beef Brisket Noodles The beef was tender, fall-apart soft, and so easy to enjoy. The broth was perfectly balanced β rich meatiness blended beautifully with aromatic chili notes. Well worth the special trip! And the portion? Huge! A $15 bowl easily serves 3β4 people. We couldnβt even finish half between the two of us! π² Mao Xue Wang (Without Duck Blood) The moment it arrived, the fragrant red oil had us excited π! Generous portions of pork intestine and luncheon meat, and the glass noodles soaked in that spicy broth were a perfect match. The only letdown β no duck blood. But we get it β probably hard to source in the U.S. π¦π’ Overall, the flavors felt authentic and satisfying β highly recommended! πππ π Sichuan Palace 343 Calhoun St, Cincinnati, OH 45219 #NoodleHeaven #BeefBrisketNoodles #SichuanFood #ChineseComfort #ShareTheBowl #CincyEats #SpicyLovers #AuthenticFlavors
