This is a true gem in San Juan!

🔸Cocina Abierta. To me, this is by far the best restaurant in San Juan. We landed at SJU on a Thursday evening and called for a reservation—even at 6:45 PM, they were able to accommodate us. 🥬Parking is a bit tight, though they do offer valet service. The atmosphere is captivating—modern yet mysterious. The lighting was perfect, creating a cozy and comfortable vibe. 🔸They follow a farm-to-table philosophy, and it's the only place where you can enjoy sophisticated Puerto Rican cuisine with a tasting menu at a reasonable cost. ✨My colleague is vegetarian, and she received a full tasting menu with vegan options. As a vegan myself, I had a few substitutions and ended up with an unforgettable dinner. 🔆The cocktails were on another level—highly innovative, well-balanced, and full of flavor. Overall, this place amazed me. 🔹 It has the potential to rival the world's finest culinary experiences.
