The Reston location of this Peruvian spot has been open for a while, but it’s my first time trying it—and wow, it’s unexpectedly amazing! 😋 It totally matches my taste—I love super sour flavors, and ceviche is my ultimate favorite. I even finished the leftover sauce with rice! 🍚🍋 📍 Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar 🎉 Highly Recommend 🎉 ✅ Mixto Ceviche, Ceviche Sampler I loved both! The first is a seafood mix, the second offers three flavors. Ceviche here is all about that bold, tangy lemon kick—super refreshing in summer! 🌞 If you’re not into sourness, maybe skip this one. 😅 ✅ Plancha Pulpo Grilled octopus leg with a strong charcoal flavor—tender and delicious! Only downside: the portion is pretty small… gone in a few bites. 🐙💨 ✅ Arroz Con Mariscos Peruvian seafood rice 🥘—the rice is soft and sticky, very similar to Chinese-style rice! The dish has a nice wok aroma, slightly spicy, and the shrimp inside are super tender! 🍤🔥 ✅ Tuna Tartare Taco Crispy-shell tuna taco with rich layers—the tuna is smooth, paired with avocado mash and a crunchy base.
