This Unagi Bowl Brings So Much Joy! 🍱💖｜HANABI Ramen

After swimming, I had this bowl of unagi rice and it made me so happy I literally slapped the table 😅! Lately, I’d tried some not-so-great restaurants and was feeling pretty disappointed… but this unagi dish totally reignited my passion for food exploration! 🔥😂 The eel was plentiful, super tender, and came with a thin layer of egg and onion underneath 🍳🧅. The sauce wasn’t overly sweet—just right—and sprinkled with Japanese chili powder 🌶️. So. Dang. Good. 🤤 The chicken wings here were also unique—extra crispy skin with a sweet soy glaze that balanced salty and sweet perfectly 🍗✨!
