Top 1 BBQ in Dallas
🍊When it comes to Texas, barbecue is an absolute must - try. There are mainly three big names in Dallas BBQ according to online reviews: Hutchins, Hard Eight, and TEN50. The flavors are actually quite similar. When it comes to the peak of barbecue, the differences are really just very subtle techniques. 🐿️After a quantitative analysis of various data (reviews, ratings, locations, etc.) for all three, and even building a mathematical model to analyze them, we chose Hutchins despite it being the farthest from the city center. It has the highest Google rating and is consistently praised as the best barbecue! 🕊️And it did not disappoint us at all. In fact, the first bite was an instant soul - uplifting experience. (When will those terrible barbecues in New York ever reach this level?) The beef brisket feels like it's first slow - cooked at a low temperature for a long time, and then grilled over fruitwood charcoal. The cooking is just perfect. The meat is super juicy and melts in your mouth. 🍊The sausage might be the best I've ever had in the US. It's juicy, with a very fragrant seasoning. There's a lingering aftertaste of aroma with every bite. The pork ribs are not as stunning as the first two, but they're still slow - cooked and then charcoal - grilled to ensure the texture and flavor. The meat falls off the bone with just a gentle rub. #Dallas cuisine #Food around Dallas #Dallas restaurant exploration #Texas food
