Top Food Picks in Boulder, Colorado
💟PHO DUY Vietnamese Restaurant After traveling around the U.S. for 15 days, we craved something hot and soupy. We ordered a large Beef Pho—the beef was stir-fried with spices and incredibly fragrant. 💟The shrimp spring rolls and beef spring rolls are must-tries. The fried tofu and typhoon shelter-style shrimp were decent for a first try. Total cost: $80. ✨Cosmo's Pizza This pizzeria is located right next to the student dorms in Boulder's West Village. We tried the Meat Lovers and Calzones—absolutely delicious and arguably the best pizza I’ve ever had. ✨The Meat Lovers was crispy and loaded with tender, perfectly cooked beef, while the Calzones were generously stuffed. You can order by the slice or as a whole pizza. ✅Hot Pot Spot All-You-Can-Eat Hot Pot We didn’t expect it to be so crowded—seems hot pot is universally loved! ✅Each person chooses their broth, and you can order as many plates of beef and lamb as you want from the server. They offer ribeye and filet mignon, while vegetables, seafood, and sauces are self-serve. #Colorado #VietnameseRestaurant #BoulderFood #Pizza
