Traditional Cuisine in the Streets of Rome 🍝
You can reserve a spot in advance on Google Maps, but we only made our reservation when we were close to the restaurant and had a bit of trouble finding it. We ended up sitting at the bar and waiting for a while. The Oxtail Stew (Coda alla Vaccinara) was incredibly tender, falling right off the bone. I ended up using my hands to eat it! It has that classic European braised beef flavor. 😋 The Saltimbocca, a traditional Italian veal dish, is quite unique. The restaurant is even named after it! It features thin slices of veal wrapped in prosciutto, topped with a sauce that has a hint of wine, creating a rich and satisfying flavor. 🍷 It suited my palate well, although it was a bit salty overall, so I recommend ordering a drink to pair with it. 🥤 While we were eating, there were quite a few people standing outside waiting for a table. The restaurant is tucked away in a narrow alley filled with dining spots, and after finishing our meal, we walked through the outdoor dining area buzzing with life. 🌳 #RestaurantRecommendation #HiddenGem #ItalianCuisine #AtmosphereRestaurant #FoodieSpotting #RomeFood #RomeExploration
