☀️Passing by Semilla Kitchen & Bar on a weekend morning, we noticed the place was packed and decided to give it a try. 🍃The décor is simple, with wooden tables and chairs paired with green plants, creating a comfortable environment. 🌹 Many brunch spots in this area of San Juan have similar menus, and this place is no exception. However, the quality here is truly impressive. 🌈We ordered the signature guava French toast and the almond flavor. The toast was fried to a slight crisp on the outside while remaining soft inside, with the guava sauce perfectly sweetened. 🥳 My friend’s passion fruit mimosa was refreshing and delightful—everything was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended. Although it took over twenty minutes for the food to arrive, the server proactively explained the reason. 🔥We noticed all the guests dining quietly, and the atmosphere was indeed relaxed.
