Turkish Restaurant on a San Juan Street Corner

🧡Ali Baba Turkish Restaurant: While strolling through the Condado district, we accidentally discovered this Turkish restaurant. 🌈The entrance was quite tricky to find—we followed our GPS to a burger joint and were completely confused, only to realize we had to walk around to the back of another restaurant named "abierta" to spot the sign. 🍺The server was especially chatty and told us that the owner flies to Turkey every few months to source spices and tea—no wonder the pot of mint tea on our table was so fragrant, it almost felt like we were transported to Istanbul! 🍪The restaurant boasts a beautifully decorated, quiet atmosphere with Turkish-inspired decor, and the staff were both friendly and attentive—something I truly appreciated. It’s not easy to find such authentic Turkish cuisine in San Juan—next time, we’re definitely trying their mixed grill! 🍮Excellent service and delicious food with plenty of options.
