Twenty Minutes of Waiting for a Delicious Surprise 😊

The restaurant was really crowded today—we waited a full twenty minutes for a table. But as it turned out, those twenty minutes were totally worth it! 👍 I had heard earlier that their photo hash was especially tasty, and someone also recommended their shredded potatoes. After trying them, I found those recommendations were absolutely right! 😋 The shredded potatoes were truly excellent. The smoked pork belly on top wasn’t greasy at all, and the sauce paired with it was amazing—savory with a milky and garlicky aroma, really appetizing. The side dishes were also refreshing and good for cutting through the richness. The restaurant’s homemade ketchup was special too, much tastier than the usual store-bought kind! 🍅 We also ordered a hotcake, and the portion was really large! It did get a bit heavy after eating too much, and my friend joked that when it cooled down, it resembled cornbread. But if you scrape off some of the sugar on top, it becomes much more enjoyable. 🍰 Even though we spent some time waiting for a table, this meal was incredibly satisfying.
