Twisted's Raspberry Rose Cruffin got me hooked at first bite!

When I passed by Twisted Croissant&Patisserie today, I amazingly got the last raspberry rose cruffin! So lucky～💖 Holding it in my hand, I could feel its delicacy. The golden, flaky pastry was so crispy that it crumbled at the slightest touch, just like squeezing a soft cloud.☁️ At first bite, I wasn’t completely wow-ed, but surprisingly, the more I ate, the more I loved it! Hidden between the layers were loads of raspberry jam and vanilla custard, the pink filling peeking out from the crispy cracks—it looked incredibly tempting～👀 The best part was its perfect sweet-and-sour balance. The raspberry jam brought a refreshing tang that cut through the rich custard, keeping it from feeling heavy at all. The rose fragrance bloomed gently in my mouth, paired with the buttery, flaky pastry—I almost melted in its tenderness.🌹✨ Sitting by the window and slowly enjoying this lovely three-layer treat, with sunlight streaming onto the plate, I suddenly felt that life’s simplest joys are the most touching.
