Ueno | A Hidden Gem for Tokyo's Citywalk with a Sense of Life ‼️

📍 Nezu Shrine: You can see a torii gate in Tokyo too! Nezu Shrine has a long history, but it's not crowded and very peaceful, making it a relatively lesser-known spot 👉🏻 Inside the shrine, there is a long red torii corridor ⛩️. On a sunny day, sunlight filters through the gaps of the torii, casting patterns on the ground—perfect for taking photos 📸. 📍 Yanaka Ginza: After leaving the shrine, you can walk to Yanaka Ginza, where there are many restaurants and snack shops 🤤 along the way, allowing you to taste local specialty cuisine. Yanaka Ginza is a culturally rich commercial street with a Japanese atmosphere, filled with cute cat 🐱 elements both on the streets and inside the stores. Cat lovers 💓 shouldn't miss it! 📍 Nippori: This is one of the convergence points of the Japanese subway system. Standing on the bridge, you can quietly watch the trains 🚄 rush by. Around the station, there are many shopping malls and cafes. If you're tired from walking, you can sit down and enjoy some coffee ☕️. 📍 Ueno Park: The park is especially large and quite popular, with jugglers, mothers with children, and couples with pets 🥰. There are many small shrines ⛩️ inside, and if you take your time to explore them one by one, you'll be able to catch the sunset—it's truly breathtakingly beautiful! Tips: Next to the park is Ueno Zoo, and across the street is the Tokyo National Museum 🛕. If you have time in the early hours, you can visit them. #Travel #JapanTravel #JapanTravelGuide #FreeTravelInJapan #HomestayRecommendation #JapaneseHomestay #TokyoHomestay #Tokyo
