At dusk, the sunset paints the ocean in gold — pure romantic magic 🌅 The Resort at Pelican Hill is a Marriott luxury property. I actually celebrated my birthday here ten years ago at the popular Pelican Grill inside the same resort. This time, I came for the poolside sunset views at Coliseum — though only hotel guests can access the pool area. The restaurant also overlooks the hotel's golf course — the vibe is unbeatable. 🍽 Food The menu is a mix of American and Mediterranean fare — honestly pretty average.
