❶ Elisa No need to say much—it’s the steak heaven. Both the ambiance and food are top-notch. ❷ AcquaFarina Delicious but pricey—around $200 per person (and we didn’t even order anything extravagant). ❸ Brix & Mortar Their appetizers are amazing, the vibe is great, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. ❹ Black + Blue Huge two-story space—sat on both floors, but I prefer the second floor’s ambiance. Their Beef Wellington is just okay, but honestly, I haven’t had a truly great one in Vancouver yet. ❺ Suika The reason this place made the list? They go all out for birthdays! When you book and mention it’s a birthday, they turn off the lights when dessert arrives, place it on a glowing stand, and the entire staff (including chefs) come out singing. The vibes are immaculate. ❻ Archer The plating is insanely beautiful—perfect if you care more about aesthetics than taste (or value for money). Super photogenic food and setting. ❼ Gordon Ramsay ORDER THE TUNA TARTARE!! So good it’ll leave you speechless.
