Vegas | CATCH | Honestly… So Much Worse Than LA! 🥲🍳

I get it — Vegas is a tourist city, and hotel restaurants often prioritize volume over consistency. But CATCH, you’re a big name! If you’re going to offer lunch, at least make it decent. 😤 The eggs Benedict was… a letdown. The salmon had no flavor — not even a hint of fishiness — and the hollandaise was watery and bland. I’ve never had a sauce that tasted so… nothing. Even a touch of acidity could’ve helped, but nope. 🍋❌ The only decent thing was the green tea — but then again, it’s just a tea bag. Hard to mess that up. Maybe I ordered wrong by going for lunch instead of dinner? Still, my fault or not, the experience was underwhelming.
