Victoria Seafood:Boston's Salted Egg Yolk Char Siu
1️⃣ Salted Egg Yolk Char Siu 🥓 We ordered it three times before we finally got it. The char siu has an even fat-to-lean ratio, the meat is very tender, and it's full of rich meat flavor when you bite into it. In the middle, there's the unique salty fragrance and sandy texture of the salted egg yolk, which I really like. 2️⃣ Roasted Pigeon 🍗 Super fragrant! The pigeon is roasted with crispy skin and tender meat, and it's full of juices that burst in your mouth. It's served with sweet dried radish to cut the greasiness, and it's so delicious that we finished it within ten minutes after it was served. 3️⃣ Claypot Rice with Preserved Meats 🍲 Their claypot rice is also amazing! It's a huge portion, with preserved meat and sausage that have a savory-sweet flavor, full of oily fragrance. The rice is oily and moist, yet each grain is distinct. We had to wait for 50 minutes, so it's recommended to order it as soon as you sit down. 4️⃣ Stir-fried Bean Sprouts with Garlic 🥗 In just four words: refreshing and tender!! The bean sprouts are stir-fried just enough to be cooked but still retain their original flavor. I love it. 💛Victoria Seafood 📍1029 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA 02215 #Boston#Victoria Seafood#food diary
