🐂Fish Maw Chicken has finally arrived at the LA branch. I tried it at the Vegas store before and really liked it 💕. The Wagyu clear soup base, in my opinion, definitely deserves a mention. The broth is sweet, and I couldn't resist having several bowls in a row. Sometimes, the best ingredients only need the lightest cooking method to shine 😌. 🐂 Wagyu needs no further introduction; it has an even distribution of fat and a tender, smooth texture 💯. The restaurant also says that from August 8th, they will offer free upgrades to their own ranch's 【Full-blood Wagyu】🏅️. Due to being 100% full blood, the full-blood Wagyu will have an even better taste, healthier beef, and more beautiful color and marbling! The quantity is limited, so carnivores, hurry up 🐛! 🐂 In addition to Wagyu, there are many other dish options.
