This place just opened three months ago. I’ve been wanting to come here but I have not been wanting to drive. Today I came for my friend‘s birthday it was big 40. I wanted to take him somewhere different I knew that they had quality food but walking in the door the decor was unexpected in the best way.
It’s in a plaza I didn’t even know how to get to before today. I made a reservation online but I got there early so they sat us early. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was Leo.
I mentioned that it was our first time and we were celebrating a birthday he quickly wished my friend a happy birthday and then proceeded to explain the restaurant. He briefly went through where to find items on the menu and said he would give us some time to look it over.
What I usually do as I asked for recommendations and favorites of the people who work there to give me an idea. Leo was really great about this. Instead of saying everything is good or picking out one or two things he specifically went through every section on the menu with his recommendations as well as favorites of customers. There was a lot of subcategories so I really appreciated him being so thorough.
He checked on us consistently but not too frequently to disturb us. At times he would glance over to see if we had any issues. Kevin was another worker who would bust the tables and make sure water was full. He made sure to let us know to wave him down if we need anything in addition.
We got the A5 sashimi, happy secret box of skewers, house Signature Wagyu platter & veggie and mushroom combo.
There was a great selection of things I was a little overwhelmed at first because I wanted to try so many different things. But being I am at a Wagyu house I definitely had to focus on the Wagyu.
To be honest the meat that came in the happy secret box was okay. It wasn’t that it was bad but hard when I start with the wagyu. The foie gras was delish.
Leo demonstratedand cooked the first piece of meat for us till show us how long and how the meat should be so we get the best experience.
I was surprised that you had to pay for the sauce bar but it wasn’t much and it’s worth it. The sign on how to make the signature sauces was helpful but kind of in the way for other people when you’re trying to reference it and go back-and-forth. Not sure if I even made it correctly because there was no estimate of how much to put of each ingredient in.
Leo asked how the sauce is word I said there OK not sure if I made them right and he went and made me a sauce that I ended up splitting with my friend because it was so good.
They brought out a sign and a plate sing happy birthday it really made my friends day he wanted to take pictures with it. Then we got dessert.
The whole time I never felt rushed. Everyone was very helpful, attentive and polite.
Oh yeah there was a show that came on. Someone’s performing in the main room. Leo came over to let us know if we would like we can walk over there to watch the performance.
My experience from beginning to end was some of the best service I’ve had. The quality of the food was great as well. Definitely recommend and I...

|| M E A T S & O T H E R I T E M S || Been seeing this place pop up on my instagram many times with their exquisite platter presentation and I finally had the chance to try it out. You can choose to have an individual pot or have a shared pot. What distinguishes this place from other hot pot places that offer wagyu options is that they raise their own cattle locally, so you can definitely expect it to be very fresh. They also have wagyu imported from Japan as well. I enjoyed their A5 Wagyu Filet Mignon sashimi style. It literally melts in your mouth. They also offer the wagyu beef comfo with their dry ice presentation that I've been seeing all over Instagram. I would definitely recommend ordering this if it's your first visit here. The meter lamb is also a great choice as they present it on a long wooden cutting board. Not only is it tasty, it's a great photo op as well. The meatballs were surprisingly pretty tasty, especially the shrimp paste with fungus. The seafood and veggies were quite fresh as well. If you're looking to try their alcoholic drinks, I would highly recommend the green tea shots. Overall, I was pretty impressed not only by the food, but also the interior design and vibe of the restaurant. It's definitely perfect for a date night or hangout spot. They are also offering a paid membership program which
|| B R O T H || White Pepper Herbal Pork Stomach Chicken Pot - This comes with bits of chopped chicken and pork stomach, in fact, very generous portions of it for a broth! I'd definitely recommend getting this if you have a spicy broth.
Wagyu Tomato Pot - This was recommended by our server. The broth compliments the wagyu very well in a sense that the acidity of the tomato broth and the fats from the meat cancelled each other out.
The teddy bear mold is only available for the House Special Wagyu Spicy Dripping Pot. I wasn't feeling spicy broth at the moment, but I believe you can request for a mild version of the spicy broth to start out if you are afraid it may be way too spicy for you to enjoy it. I will have to opt for that on...
Read moreI came a couple times already and had nice dinner experiences at the restaurant. The interior is absolutely stunning once you walk in. Hostess are nice, they guided us in and placed us at our table. Our server I recalled the most was Jerry and he was super helpful and sweet. He helped us answer some questions and suggested recommendations. Service is nice as well, there’s a young lady with red hair on the side that chats with us as she’s delivering the soup and dishes. She’s very clear with the dishes and helped us clear the table for some space. Overall the experiences all together was splendid. Orders we tend to get: Soup: White Pepper Herbal Pork and Wagyu Tomato Soup base. Which was pretty good. Our wagyu, we got: Filet Mignon Sashimi, that was kinda cool that we can eat raw! The dipping sauce was pretty good too! Japanese A5 Daily Combo, looks really good. We can see the quality of the meat that makes it wagyu. Top Plate, honestly everything was good. If it’s cooked just right, the Wagyu melts in your mouth! Side dishes: Veggie Combo, which is like a sampler bowl filled with a bit of every vegetable like Lettuce, Cabbage, Watercress, and all sorts of mushrooms. I definitely enjoy the variety of tofus they had. I’d get them all if I had a bigger party to eat with. Loving the fried bean curd rolls! My favorite! Duck blood, I think come around 10 pieces. Supreme Black Tripe, tripes came in a big bowl, nicely presented with a Dry Ice show. Absolutely delicious! Chinese Yam Vermicelli, they’re large strands of noodles which is my favorite. Noodle Dancers! They have a noodle dancer and it was fun to watch! The noodles was good too! Roasted Wagyu Beef Tongue, is pretty yummy. It’s best to eat it while it’s still hot! The beef tongue is served on some hot rocks so be careful when handling the bowl around the table! Desserts: I enjoy their Mousse Cakes! They are very cute! They have a dog, polar bear, teddy bear and alligator! I have yet to try the alligator mousse cake yet! Our previous mousse cakes were drawn with cute decorations of chocolate art. We had no idea how to...
